How limits work
Going over a limit never switches anything off. If you have more than your plan allows, say after downgrading, everything you already have keeps working; you just can't add more until you upgrade or go back under the limit.
Older history is hidden on smaller plans, never deleted. Upgrade and it's all there again.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Upgrades and downgrades within a product take effect right away and are prorated. Invoices, your card and cancelling are under Manage billing in your Pulse account. Prices are in US dollars.
