Do I have to donate to use PulseMDT, PulseTickets, PulseRP, or PulseConvert?
No. All four are, and always will be, completely free with no paywalled features, no trial period, and no premium tier. Donating unlocks nothing extra: it purely helps cover hosting and development time for tools that already work fully without it.
What does my donation actually pay for?
PulseSystems runs on real infrastructure: web dashboards, Discord bots, databases, and background workers for five separate products, all staying online 24/7. Donations go toward server and hosting costs, database backups and monitoring, and the development time that keeps every tool maintained instead of quietly rotting. There's no ad-supported revenue backing this beyond what AdSense contributes on this marketing site, so community support is what keeps the lights on.
What about FiveM Hub listings that cost money?
Most FiveM Hub listings are free. A small number of scripts, liveries, and maps carry a low one-time price set by the developer who built them, never a subscription. That price compensates the individual developer for their work, separately from PulseSystems donations, which fund the platform itself rather than any one listing.
Is a monthly donation a subscription to something?
It's a recurring Ko-fi donation, not a subscription in the traditional sense: it doesn't unlock features, tiers, or access. You choose your own monthly amount, and you can cancel at any time directly through Ko-fi with no notice period and no questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Donations are processed entirely by Ko-fi, and Ko-fi's own refund policy applies. If something went wrong with a payment (a duplicate charge, an accidental amount), reach out through Ko-fi first since they hold the transaction record and can act on it directly. For anything else, the PulseSystems Discord can help point you in the right direction.
Does PulseSystems run ads and take donations?
Yes, both, and that's a deliberate choice rather than a contradiction. This marketing site carries a small amount of Google AdSense advertising; none of the actual product dashboards, bots, or in-game tools do. Ad revenue and donations both go toward the same goal: keeping every Pulse product free without ever needing to paywall a feature.
