About PulseSystems
PulseSystems is a small, independent project built for the FiveM roleplay community. The mission is straightforward: build the tools that every RP server needs, at a price a hobby community can afford.
The FiveM RP community is made up of passionate hobbyists. Server owners and admins pour countless hours into building rich, immersive communities for their players, and they do it on spare time and often tight budgets. Yet most of the tools they need, from computer-aided dispatch systems to support ticket bots, either come with a monthly fee or require significant technical skill to build from scratch.
PulseSystems was created to change that. PulseMDT, PulseOne, and PulseConvert are live today, and PulseGuard, PulseTickets, and PulseRP keep running while they move into PulseOne. Every feature, setting, and full history is free for every community. There are no premium tiers or paid upgrades. Optional donations help cover hosting and development, but unlock nothing.
What we build
PulseMDT
LiveA complete law enforcement management system for FiveM RP servers. Officers get an NCIC database, active calls board, BOLO alerts, shift tracking, arrest reports, and a full web dashboard accessible from any browser.
PulseOne
LiveOne modular Discord operations suite: moderation, security, tickets, roleplay, automations, roles, engagement, and analytics, each switchable per server. PulseGuard, PulseTickets, and PulseRP are moving into it. Every feature free.
PulseGuard
End of lifeA privacy-first Discord security bot: anti-raid, anti-nuke, deterministic scam detection, quarantine, and recovery.
Retiring . PulseGuard is moving into PulseOne as its Security module. It keeps working until then.
PulseTickets
End of lifeA free Discord ticket bot built for roleplay communities and general-purpose server management. Multi-guild support, a real-time web dashboard, ticket ratings, and full customization, all included at no cost.

LiveConverts GTA5-mods vehicle mods into ready-to-use FiveM resources automatically, fixing common packaging issues along the way.

Free means free
The FiveM community has always thrived on shared work: frameworks, scripts and tools released by developers who want to see great communities exist. PulseSystems is our contribution to that tradition.
Paywalls create a two-tier community where a server's tools reflect its budget more than its dedication. Every PulseSystems feature, setting and complete history is therefore available without payment.
Hosting and development still cost money. If PulseSystems helps you and you want to contribute, an optional donation helps keep it running. Donations never unlock features, raise limits or buy priority.
Our philosophy
We build for the person who spends their weekend setting up a FiveM server because they love the community. We build for the admin who wants their officers to have a real MDT system but can't justify paying for one. We build for the server owner who needs a ticket bot that doesn't make their members jump through hoops.
Quality, reliability, and long-term maintenance matter to us as much as the initial release. A tool that launches and then breaks or gets abandoned is worse than nothing. Every product PulseSystems ships is designed to stay useful and stay working.
