About PulseSystems

PulseSystems is a small, independent project built for the FiveM roleplay community. The mission is straightforward: build the tools that every RP server needs, free or very affordable, with no subscriptions and no paywalls.

The FiveM RP community is made up of passionate hobbyists. Server owners and admins pour countless hours into building rich, immersive communities for their players, and they do it on spare time and often tight budgets. Yet most of the tools they need, from computer-aided dispatch systems to support ticket bots, either come with a monthly fee or require significant technical skill to build from scratch.

PulseSystems was created to change that. All five of our products, PulseMDT, PulseTickets, FiveM Hub, PulseConvert, and PulseRP, are live today. PulseMDT, PulseTickets, and PulseRP are fully featured and completely free, with no tiers and no trial periods. FiveM Hub listings and PulseConvert are free or available at a very low one-time price, never a subscription. The same software a small 20-person community uses is identical to what a 500-person server gets.

The FiveM community has always thrived on shared work. Frameworks, scripts, and tools built and released publicly by developers who just want to see great servers exist. That ethos is worth preserving. PulseSystems is our contribution to it.

There is also a practical reality: paywalled tools create a two-tier community. Larger servers with revenue from player donations can afford subscriptions; smaller communities cannot. The result is that the quality of a server's law enforcement tools, ticket management, and admin infrastructure ends up reflecting its budget more than its dedication. That feels wrong.

Hosting costs money and development takes time. Optional donations through Ko-fi help cover both, and FiveM Hub listings with a price tag exist for the same reason. But access is never tied to a subscription. Every server, regardless of size or income, gets the same software at the same price.

We build for the person who spends their weekend setting up a FiveM server because they love the community. We build for the admin who wants their officers to have a real MDT system but can't justify paying for one. We build for the server owner who needs a ticket bot that doesn't make their members jump through hoops.

Quality, reliability, and long-term maintenance matter to us as much as the initial release. A tool that launches and then breaks or gets abandoned is worse than nothing. Every product PulseSystems ships is designed to stay useful and stay working.
