Terms of Service
Effective date: November 4, 2026
PulseSystems Services
PulseSystems is the home for Pulse products, tools, scripts, bots, support links, status links, and related product information for FiveM and Discord roleplay communities. Product-specific tools may also have their own terms and privacy pages.
Acceptable Use
Do not use PulseSystems to attack, scrape, impersonate, disrupt, exploit, or abuse any Pulse product, Discord community, FiveM server, or third-party service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material through support channels or linked services.
Optional Donations
PulseSystems products are free to use. Donations through Ko-fi are voluntary contributions that help cover hosting, reliability, development, and support. A donation does not purchase a plan, unlock features, raise limits, grant priority treatment, or create ownership in PulseSystems. Ko-fi and its payment providers handle the transaction under their own terms. If a donation was duplicated or made by mistake, contact Ko-fi using the transaction record and contact PulseSystems support if you need help.
Referral Program
Where offered, Pulse's referral program rewards genuine invites with extra perks on top of a product, never a feature taken away from a plan. We may reject, delay, or claw back referral credit we reasonably believe was obtained through fake accounts, self-referrals, or other abuse of the program, without notice.
Third Parties
We link to Discord, Ko-fi, status services, Pulse product sites, and FiveM-related resources. Those services have their own terms. PulseSystems is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive unless explicitly stated.
Availability and Liability
Services are provided as-is and may change, break, pause, or end. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PulseSystems is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, third-party outages, community disputes, or reliance on public product information. These terms are not legal advice.
